The latest August 2023 security patch update is now available on all eligible OnePlus devices. While some brands release the same month’s security patch in the early weeks, OnePlus typically provides the update towards the end of the month and occasionally extends it to the next month.
The OnePlus 8, 8 Pro, and 9R have started receiving the latest patch update along with known bug fixation and optimization. The update for OnePlus 8 comes under the build number IN2011_13.1.0.582(EX01). For the OnePLus 8 Pro and 9R, the update build number is IN2021_13.1.0.582(EX01) and LE2101_13.1.0.582(EX01) respectively. The update weighs around 600MB to 1GB depending upon the device.
