OPPO’s new entry level phone, OPPO A38 pricing and specs emerge

The render images and specifications of OPPO’s latest affordable model, OPPO A38 have been leaked online! There’s another budget-friendly model, named as OPPO A18. However, the only model for which specifications and render images have been leaked is OPPO A38 for now.

Details about the OPPO A38 were leaked by Appuals and the phone comes in two different colors, gold and black. The phone comes with OPPO’s classic design lines but the phone has a plastic back, this is qıite normal as this is a budget friendly model.

The phone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G80 chipset, paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The phone will come with OPPO’s latest ColorOS software, ColorOS 13 based on Android 13.

The phone features a 5000mAh battery capacity, but the leaks haven’t revealed the charging speed.

OPPO A38 will feature a 6.56-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 1612 x 720 HD and a 90Hz screen refresh rate. Since the screen is IPS LCD, the fingerprint sensor is placed on top ofthe power button.

OPPO A38 will have a dual-camera setup, with a 50MP f/1.8 main camera accompanied by a 2MP f/2.4 sensor, likely a depth sensor. Furthermore, the phone will feature an IP54 certification, dual SIM slots, a microSD card slot, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and NFC. The 4GB+128GB variant is rumored to be priced at €159 in Europe.
