ColorOS 13 5G Communication Sharing Function Announced!

OPPO has officially announced ColorOS 13 5G “communication sharing function plan” to their devices, this plan includes 46 smartphones/tablets, including many OPPO / OnePlus devices. To briefly explain this technology, it allows second device doesn’t have celluar connection to quickly establish a celluar connection with the smartphone, also without hotspot sharing.

With ColorOS 13.1, OPPO had launched the first dual 5G communication sharing technology, which enables the tablet to quickly establish a mobile data connection with a mobile phone without hotspot sharing. This NFC-like technology enables cellular data exchange by keeping the devices close to each other and providing network/internet connection to other device. This technology, which is unique in the industry, will come to many devices with ColorOS 13.1.

 

All users have to do is to bring the mobile phone and tablet closer to each other, and then use the dual card 5G data traffic on the mobile phone to perform network, call, and text message sharing operations. When the user needs to convert the document he edited on the mobile phone to the tablet for processing, he can also continue other works. This technology, which is unprecedented in the industry, will come to many devices with ColorOS 13.1. Below is a list of eligible devices with this:
