OPPO Reno 6 5G receives ColorOS 13.1 update; brings further optimization

The OPPO Reno 6 series of smartphones, aimed at the mid-range market, was first introduced two years ago. The series consists of the OPPO Reno 6 and Reno 6 Pro 5G, two different smartphones. A few weeks ago, OPPO released the ColorOS 13.1 update for the Reno 6 Pro. The OPPO Reno 6 smartphone is now ready.

The gadget was released with ColorOS running on top of Android 11. The company has begun distributing the most recent ColorOS 13.1 update for the OPPO Reno 6 5G handset, which is based on Android 13. The device’s most recent update has the build number CPH2251_13.1.0.500(EX01) and is around 1.29 GB in size.

Improved Health Features:

  • The update introduces a new TalkBack feature that recognizes and announces images within apps and Photos, enhancing accessibility for users.
  • OnePlus brings a new Zen Space app, featuring two modes: Deep Zen and Light Zen. These modes facilitate mindfulness and help users focus on the present, promoting mental well-being.

Enhanced Gaming Experience:

  • The addition of the Championship mode to Game Assistant optimizes gaming performance while also disabling notifications, calls, and messages. This creates a distraction-free and immersive gaming environment.
  • A new music playback control has been integrated into Game Assistant, allowing users to easily listen to and control their music while gaming, without disrupting their experience.

A new ColorOS smart cross-device connection and auto-connect feature that is only dedicated to enhancing connections will eventually be available to users. The update also adds a fresh TalkBack function that helps you choose images even while you aren’t looking at the screen.

More customers will download the update in the following days. The upgrade is presently rolling out in phases. The update can also be manually checked for by navigating to Settings >> About Phone >> ColorOS version.
