AnTuTu reveals the most powerful smartphones in March 2023!

AnTuTu published a list from March 2023 that reveals how the most recent smartphones perform. The performance list is divided into flagship and midrange devices however MediaTek 8200 and Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 both perform nearly on level with the top-tier smartphones.

Top three includes OPPO Find X6 Pro, Red Magic 8 Pro+ and OnePlus 11. OPPO Find X6 Pro is a very powerful device while offering a very good camera experience. It is a complete camera champion with a 1-inch main camera sensor and 1.56-inch sensors in the auxiliary cameras. The sole drawback of this phone, which has a 5000 mAh battery and big camera sensors, is its thickness. Since it has a thickness of 9.1 mm, it is not surprising why OPPO Find X6 Pro ranked the most. Even though the OnePlus 11 is in third place, there is very little performance gap between them.

Redmi K60 Pro holds the 8th position among Xiaomi smartphones, and Xiaomi 13 ranks at the 10th spot. It is noteworthy that Xiaomi 13 has made it to the list with its remarkably small 6.36-inch display. Xiaomi 13 has the smallest size and the smallest battery among the phones on the list. Xiaomi 13’s score is only 4.5% lower than that of OPPO Find X6 Pro. Of course, the most important thing is not only AnTuTu score, but also how long it can sustain at the peak performance.

The second list is a performance comparison of the midrange devices or, better said, “sub-flagship” devices. This time the first place belongs to Xiaomi.

Redmi Note 12 Turbo, which has a Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 processor, comes in first. Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 offers much better performance than MediaTek 8200 and 8100 chipsets. vivo S16 Pro is in second place, followed by iQOO Neo7 SE in third. Today, realme GT Neo5 SE was introduced. It’s powered by Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 , but the phone is not on the list as it’s from 2023 March. If you want to know more about the realme GT Neo5 SE, you can read our previous article here.

Redmi K60E with MediaTek Dimensity 8200 ranks 4th and Redmi Note 11T Pro+ with MediaTek Dimensity 8100 ranks 10th. Upon comparing the scores of Redmi Note 11T Pro+ and Redmi Note 12 Turbo, it is evident that Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 processor outperforms Dimensity 8100 by around 20%, highlighting the success of Snapdragon’s latest Snapdragon 7 series processor.
